What constitutes personal data?
“Personal data” refers to all information relating to an identifiable or identified person (you, as a user). An identifiable person is someone who can be identified, either directly or indirectly—for example, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to your physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.
Processing of special categories of personal data—such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data, health data, and data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation—is illegal, with certain exceptions.
What personal data we process
Processing of personal data may only be done with your consent, on a legal basis, or if the data must be processed as part of fulfilling a contract between us and you. Below is a description of the data processed, the purpose of processing, and the legal basis for processing:
Name
When you are a customer or potential customer, we process your name because it is necessary for fulfilling a contract to which you are a party. We store this data securely for the duration of our contract with you and for five years thereafter.
Email address
We process your email address to communicate about projects and work, as well as for marketing purposes. The processing is necessary for our legitimate interests. We process your email address for the duration of our contract with you and for five years thereafter. We never gain or use your email address in any way that does not meet the requirements of GDPR.
Phone number
We process your phone number to communicate with you regarding our work. The processing is necessary for our legitimate interests. This category of personal data is stored securely by us for the duration of our contract with you and for five years thereafter.

Summary of your rights regarding us:
As a user, you have the right to assert several rights against us. These rights are listed below and described in more detail further down. You can find our contact information at the top of this policy.
• Right to erasure
• Right to withdraw consent
• Right of access
• Right to rectification
• Right to restriction
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Right to erasure
As a customer, you have the right to request the deletion of personal data we process about you at any time. We will do so without undue delay, but no later than within one month. We cannot delete identifying data we are legally obligated to retain or that is needed to fulfill a contract with you. We will also, on our own initiative, delete data we process about you if there is no longer a legal basis to continue processing it.
Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In such cases, we delete the data whose processing is based on your consent. Note that withdrawing consent does not obligate us to delete data whose legal processing is based on contracts or other legal grounds.
Right of access
You have the right to receive confirmation from us about whether we process personal data concerning you, and if so, to access that data and the following information:
• The purposes of processing
• The categories of personal data processed
• The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data is or will be disclosed
• The retention period for the data or how that period is determined
• If data is collected from a source other than you: the origin and nature of the data
• The existence of automated decision-making and profiling
Right to rectification
You have the right to have incorrect personal data concerning you corrected by us without undue delay, but no later than within one month. You also have the right to have incomplete data completed, considering the purpose of our processing.
Right to restriction
You may, instead of requesting deletion, request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. This may occur if:
• You dispute the accuracy of the data, allowing us time to verify it
• The processing is unlawful, but you do not want the data deleted
• We no longer need the data for processing purposes, but you need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
• You object to processing involving profiling or automated decision-making, in which case we will restrict processing while assessing whether our legitimate grounds override yours
Data portability
You have the right to receive personal data concerning you that you have provided to us. You are entitled to receive such data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transfer it to another data controller, provided our processing is based on consent or is automated.
Right to object to processing
You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to our processing of your personal data for automated decision-making, including profiling, or for direct marketing—if such processing is being conducted (see “What data we process” above).
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data. Regardless of whether we operate in the same EU member state as your place of residence, you may file your complaint with your national supervisory authority. You can find their contact details via the following link:
